Hotel Check-in time is 1400 to 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1100 to 1200 hrs.
Any special request like smoking room, non-smoking rooms, same floor rooms, together
rooms, rooms on higher floor, large bed ext. will always be subject to availability at a time
of check-in.
Please check travel document {including VISA} before finalized your itinerary / before
issue air ticket or Hotel booking etc.
VISA will process after receive document as per the check list and payment So, Please
provide the documents as per the checklist.
If concerned Embassy ask for any kind of additional documents or call for personal
interview, passenger have to visit Embassy and provide additional document.
Visa fee and service fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
Travel Agents are not responsible for any Visa refusal or delay by the concerned

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment Policy:

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 15-20 days before the date of Journey
